The flow of life

What is Energy?
Energy is the life force that drives our actions.
What is transfer?
Transfer simply is the movement of something from one form to another.

In essence, Energy transfer is the transmission of life forces into something, shaping our experiences and outcomes.

Ever thought about where your energy is primarily exerted?
The answer lies in the flowchart of your life, revealing the areas that consume your energy.

Where and whenever energy is exerted results show.

The outcome of energy transfer varies from person to person.
With some findings, conscious energy transfer can be challenging, while subconscious transfer occurs effortlessly.
When energy is transferred, it can result in various effects, depending on the nature of the transfer.

Effects of negative and positive transfers of energy.

The effects of energy transfer can be either positive or negative, depending on the outcome.

While certain actions give you energy, others take away your energy.
Energy givers may include taking a glass of water, getting sunlight, sleep, laughter, exercise, music, meditation, friends, family, reading, nourishing food, authenticity to self, movement, creativity and visualization etc.

Energy takers on the other hand include overthinking, dehydration, people pleasing, social media, clutter, junk, unclear and sloppy boundaries, unrealistic goals, poor sleeping habits, unlimited screen time, resentment and hate etc.

You know if an energy transfer is positive or negative because the transaction works by trading something about yourself in exchange for something you would want or not.
It is important to be mindful of the energy we attract and carry.

Positive energy can be uplifting and beneficial.
For the positive, energy could be effective on;

  1. Increased mental alertness.
  2. Increased burst of energy.
  3. Ability or the feeling to continue that action.
  4. Self assertiveness.
  5. Apt control and focus.
  6. Enhanced level of well being.

Negative energy has detrimental effects on an individual's well being.
For the negative, the effects could be;

  1. Deterred mental abilities.
  2. Self doubt.
  3. Disassociation from things that should matter to you.
  4. Distractions.
  5. Lack of focus.
  6. Feeling of fatigue and stress.

By consciously designing your environment to align with the energy you want, you'll find that the desired energy becomes subconsciously easy to transmit.

For instance,
You can improve your vocabulary by befriending words and pronunciations.
You can learn a new language by becoming friends with a native speaker.
You can create great music by listening to inspiring sounds.
You become productive by surrounding yourself with productive people.
You develop a love for exercise by becoming friends with someone who never misses a workout.

Reasons the 5 closest persons to you determine your energy level.

In life, our influences shape who we are and how we behave in various aspects.
It is often said that we are the average of the five people we spend the most time with.
Our vocabulary, beliefs, reactions, jokes, eating habits, taste in music, and even our level of kindness can be influenced by those around us.

Notice that…

  • Your vocabulary and communication style are greatly influenced by people you interact with, possibly admiring the way they express themselves.
  • Your beliefs and theories may be prompted by discussions with individuals who challenge your perspectives.
  • Your behavior and reactions to situations can also be molded by observing and learning from the behaviors of others.
  • When it comes to jokes and seriousness, you may find yourself aligning more with the humor and seriousness of a particular individual among the five significant people in your life.
  • Your eating habits may mirror those of someone in your close circle who also indulges in unhealthy food choices.
  • Your taste in music can be similar to a person you admire for their musical preferences.

Your closest circle of individuals have a significant impact on your personality, character, emotional well-being and behavior.

Their influence can either elevate or deplete your energy levels, affecting how you interact with the world around you.

Subtle energy exchanges occur between you and these profound individuals, gradually influencing your thoughts, actions, and responses to various situations.
You are very likely to unconsciously adopt certain behaviors or attitudes mirrored by those in your inner circle.

Ultimately, the dynamics within these relationships can either propel you towards personal growth or hinder your emotional resilience.

By actively seeking positive influences and fostering healthy connections with those individuals who align with your values and aspirations, you can cultivate a supportive environment that nurtures your energy and overall well-being.
Consider the impact that each of these five individuals has on your life and strive to surround yourself with individuals who empower and inspire you to be the best version of yourself because usually these people determine your rise or fall of energy.

To improve yourself, surround yourself with people who embody the energy you desire.
By doing so, you'll find that the energy you seek becomes effortlessly transmitted.

Join a culture where your desired behavior is a normal behavior - James Clear (Atomic Habits)

Positive habits, such as dancing skills or humor, can be inadvertently cultivated through regular exposure to supportive sources like family members or friends. Even intrinsic qualities like attentiveness or assertiveness can be honed through consistent learning and exposure to influential figures.

Prime your environment to align you with the energy you want.
Get-up-and-go!
